1.Students must pay Rs. 10,000 as a registration fee to secure a spot and receive an acceptance notice; if a student decides to withdraw from the programme, the whole money will be repaid.

2.Rs 25,000 must be paid for the invitation letter following the admission letter. Ministry and embassy fees, or Rs. 15000, are not refundable if the student is rejected after receiving an invitation letter. The remaining Rs. 20000 will be reimbursed.

3.Rs. 25000 will be granted at the time of visa processing; if students are turned away after arriving with their visas, the remaining Rs. 30,000 will be refunded.

4.The refund process will start in 5-7 business days.
